Founder/President

Scott Goodspeed is the President and founder of CADRE – a management consultancy in Washington, DC relied upon for delivering superior insight and leadership to solve the most critical challenges in the most difficult environments.

Scott grew up in Oklahoma and completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (’99) at the University of Oklahoma where he also completed Air Force ROTC. Upon graduation, He was commissioned an Officer in the United States Air Force. Scott completed graduate school studies in Theology and Public Policy and is a PhD candidate in Public Policy.

Scott has served in multiple overseas positions in US Embassies in the Middle East advising on US foreign policy and national security. He lives with his family in Northern Virginia where they are active in their church and community.
